Damage Policy — Read Before Renting
If a rented item is broken, damaged, or stops working while in your possession, you're responsible for either repairing it to full working condition before returning it, or buying a new replacement of equal or greater value for us to keep — in that case, you're welcome to keep the broken item. Normal wear and tear is fine; this covers damage, misuse, and loss.
